The deluxe „Moderna” Apartment is your private, luxurious, 2-room space. 50 m² are filled with pieces of furniture by Polish designers and high-end finishes, like metal or marble. The apartment is located in a beautifully restored, historic outbuilding. Here, the charm of the Warsaw’s past meets contemporary style in a great location, with plenty of Art Nouveau and modernist buildings. Inside, there is a wall decoration inspired by the works of Henryk Stażewski – a painter, a legend of avant-garde art in Poland.

The most luxurious apartment of the No.4 Residence was designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding guests. Extremely bright living space with a fully equipped, elegant kitchenette is right next to the dining area with a table and comfortable chairs. An additional advantage is the zone with a lounge sofa, a table and a large TV set. The bedroom is a separate, bright room with a bed and a top-class mattress. The bedroom also has a shower. The apartment has a separate spacious bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a shower. In the hall, there is a spacious wardrobe – thanks to which your stay will be very comfortable even in the case of long-term booking.

In one of the deluxe “Moderna” Apartments, among the pieces of furniture by Polish designers, there is the famous RM58 armchair by Roman Modzelewski. For 50 years since its inception, this model could only be seen at exhibitions, and its design was admired by Le Corbusier himself – a world icon of modernism.

These luxurious interiors ensure a higher level of relaxation.
